Friends

I just had a girl's night at my house, it is now after midnight, and unfortunately, I'm still wide awake. (What's happening girls? These things used to last til 2am!) There were about 10 girls that came and we had a great time eating chocolate and talking:) And now I am sitting here so sad that I will be leaving all of my wonderful friends in a few short months. I have absolutely loved my time here in Pittsburgh and my friends have been a huge part of that. Friends have been our family out here. It has been our friends that Jordan and I have spent holidays and vacation time with, countless nights playing games with, and celebrated birthdays with. We've tried new hobbies and explored Pittsburgh with them. My friends were there to see Jackson take his first steps, hold Tyler the day he was born (not to mention come over at 2am to watch Jackson the day Tyler was born), and have made me laugh so hard that I couldn't breath. I have learned so much from all of these girls; especially about motherhood. I'm grateful for their examples, advice, and encouragement. I'm grateful that they have helped me and my kids in countless ways. I wish we could just stay here in Pittsburgh, but unfortunately, we don't feel it's the right choice. I just hope that wherever we go I will be able to find more good friends. I truly believe that you can be happy anywhere you live as long as you have good friends. So thank you to all of my wonderful friends I've met here in Pittsburgh who have helped make these last 2+ years so wonderful. I love you and will miss you all dearly!
